ARC

Adaptive Real-time Cybernetics

ARC is a modular control architecture for agents and machines that need to learn continuously while they operate. It connects raw perception to an explicit world state, evaluates possible action, records the outcome and refines its causal knowledge.

The first validation target is deliberately small: learn the effect of movement through intervention, predict the result and use that knowledge to reach a goal without a hard-coded navigation rule.

Perception

Acquire and interpret time-aligned signals.

World model

Maintain beliefs, confidence and provenance.

Causality

Predict effects and test them against outcomes.

Volition

Choose actions under goals, costs and risk.

Actuation

Dispatch capabilities and learn local effects.

Engineering services

Built around the operation, not a template.

We start with the environment and the outcome that matters, then define the smallest viable sensing, decision and actuation loop.

01 / SCOPE

Discovery & feasibility

Map the process, relevant signals, constraints and available actions. The result is a concrete architecture and validation plan, not a generic AI roadmap.

02 / BUILD

System engineering

Design and build the software, local compute and hardware interfaces required for a purpose-built cybernetic system.

03 / DEPLOY

Integration & deployment

Connect the system to existing machinery and operational infrastructure, with controlled rollout and measurable acceptance criteria.

04 / SUPPORT

Licensing & support

Operate, monitor and improve deployed systems through a long-term technical partnership.

Current focus

Early projects with a clear physical or operational feedback loop.
